Options->Customize->Skins->Browse to the file where you have unzipped downloaded skin.
Choose imagine.msf file and hit 'apply' button below "browse" button.

Well, since it's in the category 'Skins & Themes > Instant Messengers > Miranda IM' it's probably a skin for the Instant Messenger called Miranda IM. Just a wild guess.

To use this skin with Miranda IM, you'll need to install the Modern Contact List Layered plugin, from ( [link] ) . To use the skin (instructions from here: [link] )

Options->Customize->Skins->Browse to the file where you have unzipped downloaded skin ("skins" folder in Miranda's main directory, create one if you don't have it), choose yourskinname.msf file and hit 'apply' button below "browse" button (not the one on the bottom of the options page).
